The Rainbow Program

The Rainbow Program was developed to teach nutrition to teenagers and aid in the prevention of eating disorders. It also provides a solution to issues such as depression and ADD by substituting artificial and chemically  dyed foods for naturally colored fruits and vegetables.

This practical program was created by nutritionist Emily Isaacson, CHN, and has been taught in workshops and seminars--at high schools, food banks, community centres, and in private counselling.

Visit The Rainbow Program official site on colored foods, herbs and essential oils.

Daffodil Hill Support Groups

Daffodil Hill Support Groups
provide a secure and informative place for young people with eating disorders to meet together in a small group each week and share in recovery.

They typically meet in a high school at lunchtime or public library. The goals is to give students access to a successful outcome based solution to this popular issue.
